GetPulseBack is a customer feedback and review management platform that helps local businesses collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback. Our service includes integration with Google Business Profile for review management.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not use another user's account without permission

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of GetPulseBack require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post fake or misleading reviews
  • Attempt to manipulate review systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Google Business Profile Integration

When connecting your Google Business Profile:

  • You authorize us to access your review data
  • You confirm you have authority to manage the business profile
  • You agree to comply with Google's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for changes to Google's API or policies

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetPulseBack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetPulseBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
