Our Commitment to You
We believe in our product so much that we offer a 30-day free trial with full access to Professional features. This gives you ample time to evaluate PulseBack before any charges are made.
1. Free Trial Period
All new customers receive a 30-day free trial when signing up for PulseBack. During this period:
- You have full access to Professional-tier features
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
- If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically enrolled in the Starter plan at $79/month
2. Subscription Billing
PulseBack subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on the day your trial ends or when you subscribe to a paid plan.
Our Plans:
- Starter: $79/month
- Professional: $129/month
- Premium: $249/month
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and the 30-day free trial we provide, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to fully evaluate PulseBack during your free trial period. If the service doesn't meet your needs, please cancel before your trial ends to avoid any charges.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Technical issues: Extended service outages caused by us that significantly impacted your ability to use the service
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period
- Unauthorized charges: If you can demonstrate fraudulent access to your account
To request an exception review, contact us at info@getpulseback.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Log in to your PulseBack dashboard
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Alternatively, you can email us at info@getpulseback.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your account email.
5. What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You retain access to all features until your current period expires
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to resubscribe
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
6. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain your current plan features until then.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Notify you via email about the failed payment
- Retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days
- If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to a limited state
- You can update your payment method at any time to restore full access
